I ate at a good restaurant with local dishes. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Conference Palace Convention Center.

Beautiful and absolutely great hotel overlooking the garden, we had a very positive experience here. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was great and really kind during all this time. Our room was clean and fantastic, easy access to free parking. We really enjoyed the restaurant...

I liked the area of the hotel... there where nice people.
I did not like that we had to pay taxes on arrival. I have seen many people complain about the additional costs. They charge 5.5% per day per person.

I liked the room, breakfast, shower, bed, big balcony.
The air conditioning was blowing right on the bed, I caught a cold... There were ants in the bathroom. The water didn't flow well... It's a very noisy street.

Nice complex with great pools and gardens. After reading reviews for hotels in Marrakech, I expected the worst for the friendliness of the staff, but this turned out to be wrong: the staff in this hotel is very friendly. In particular the guys at the pool and pool restaurant will do everything to make things comfortable and were very friendly - top service.
Expensive wifi for the room (free wifi in the common area though).

The hotel design are very nice but all rooms need Renovation. The furniture in the room are very old And tired. Location are good and the security staff Are friendly. Other staf are not proff. Brakefast is really Good.
No free WiFi in the rooms. The cost of WiFi connection in the room is 250 MDH/24 hr which is almost the same of the cost of the room itself!!

The service at Mövenpick was really good, especially
The efforts of Mis. Oumaima Farnousse G.R. And Mis. Oumaima Baallal. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out during my three nights in the Superior King Room.

It was in a favourable and amazing location near bars and restaurants. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a fabulous area. The breakfast selection was amazing with morrocan cousine highlights.

Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was marvellous and stunning just off a taxi to the souks, site supermarket/shop and the very modern Menara Mall. Nice breakfast with Moroccan options and morrocan cousine highlights in the restaurant.

Overall the grounds and the lobby were great and the hotel has the potential to be refurbished to a grand 5 star property but the rooms were extremely disappointing.
Wifi was not offered as promised per booking - very disappointed and inconvenient for my business. The room was scuffed and damaged, the plumbing was old and offered brown water at first use.

An lovely tea experience
Waking up each morning seemed like easy, especially enjoying the Moroccan tea session. The staff's warm service.
The loud music at the pool was a bit distracting at night, making it hard to relax after a long day.

I was there for two nights. After a first bad feeling about the handling of my booking (offered a two single person beds room iso of the booked single king-sized bed) , I went through very positive surprises: good facilities, top services, very good quality of food, proximity to facilities....I will remember Mr Mustapfa EL Khoukh and his outstanding service and attention (I had to ask for his name as servers do not have badges in case customers want to praise or to complain). I observed him (and also others): they gave full attention to everybody with the feeling that you are the only one to be served. Excellent. The temperature in the room was excellent. Thee served in the hall was the small thing that makes a big difference. I am not an easy guest and despite some few points I was really delighted.
Three things were annoying for me: 1) One lady at the reception (first contact!) was not easy going. Her style was: "that’s all we have. Rooms booked with booking are subjected to availability. Not happy? Find something else!" I am really glad that I stayed. 2) WIFI: I think it is free only in business corner. Not a good experience. 3) Opening time of the fitness facility: only at 08:00. It also closes early (20:00). Not easy when you are there for meetings.
